Road

Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP

Wellington Place has immediate and direct access to Leeds’ Inner Ring Road and the national road network beyond. The A1(M), which begins minutes from Wellington Place, connects Leeds with London, Milton Keynes, Leicester, Nottingham, Sheffield and Newcastle. The nearby M62 also connects Leeds to Liverpool, Manchester, the M6 and Hull.

For car commuters, Car Share Leeds has been set up to provide a free car sharing service for people who live in and around Leeds.

The Enterprise Car Club offers local car rental by the hour for visits and meetings if required. Cars can be picked up at locations throughout the city centre including Wellington Place which is a Enterprise Car Club location.

Sustrans is a charity that works on projects to encourage people to walk, cycle, or use public transport rather than a car. It is an excellent place to find routes and information about cycle networks, not just around Wellington Place but across the UK as well.
