Terms & conditions apply:

1. This offer is available to eligible employees of businesses based at Wellington Place who reserve a new home at Triangle Yard.
2. Proof of current employment at Wellington Place must be provided before the tenancy agreement is signed.
3. The tenancy agreement must be signed and the resident must have moved into Triangle Yard on or before 30 November 2026.
4. The offer is available across all apartment types, subject to availability and the applicant meeting ila’s standard referencing and affordability requirements.
5. Eligible residents will receive a £1,200 rent credit, applied to their rent account during the third month of their tenancy.
6. To receive the credit, the resident must still be living at Triangle Yard and must not have served or received notice to end the tenancy when the credit is due to be applied.
7. The credit has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred to another person, apartment or tenancy.
8. The offer applies once per tenancy. For joint tenancies, only one £1,200 credit will be awarded, regardless of how many residents are employed at Wellington Place.
9. The offer cannot be used retrospectively and must be declared at the point of reservation.
10. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or incentive unless otherwise agreed in writing by ila.
11. If the rent due in the third month is less than £1,200, the remaining balance will stay on the resident’s rent account and be applied against the following month’s rent. No part of the credit will be paid in cash.
12. ila reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. This will not affect eligible residents who have already completed their reservation and met the offer conditions.
13. All reservations and tenancies remain subject to availability, contract and ila’s standard tenancy terms and conditions.
