Motivation is a need, desire or want that drives us to achieve a goal. It’s the willingness to do something and to do it to our best ability. At the moment, a lot of us may be feeling unmotivated whilst being stuck in lockdown, and trying to find the motive to work from home, clean the house, go out for exercise or even cook dinner, can be difficult during these uncertain times.
The first step to knowing how to increase our motivation levels is to discover how we are motivated. Only then can we take the necessary steps to build our motivation and implement it into our everyday lives. This is exactly what the webinar will cover, including topics such as:
