Wellington Place Welcome Investec Wealth & Investment

We’re delighted to announce that leading wealth management firm, Investec Wealth & Investment are joining the Wellington Place community with a move to the newly completed, Number 3 Wellington Place.

As one of the largest private client wealth management firms in the UK, Investec has opted to relocate its Leeds offices to accommodate its growing workforce, with the move scheduled for late 2018.

Occupying 20,500 sq. ft on the 4th floor of Number 3 Wellington Place, Investec will be the first business to move to the newest building on the development and will benefit from extensive amenities including a south facing roof terrace, basement parking, bike maintenance stations, electric vehicle charging points and shower/changing facilities.

Rowena Houston, divisional director of IW&I’s Leeds office, said: “Due to success and growth of our business, we need to relocate and find space for the next stage of our development. By nearly doubling our capacity we can provide modern office space for our colleagues to work in and also additional capacity to grow into.”

“It is important that we remain close to Leeds city centre. Being close to the station and additional parking is important and the location of 3 Wellington Place will allow us to continue to attract professional people into our business.”

James Dipple, Chief Executive for MEPC, said: “We’re delighted to welcome the first customer to the newly opened, Number 3 Wellington Place. We’d like to wish the team at Investec every success in its new home and we’ll look forward to welcoming many new businesses to the Wellington Place community, as our development continues to expand.”
