Thank you to everyone who completed our recent Wellington Place Customer Satisfaction Survey.
We really appreciate the time you spent completing the survey, and we’d like to share some of the results with you.
917 of you have provided valuable feedback on how we can continue to make Wellington Place a great place to work, dine and enjoy!
Results
A whopping 98% of people surveyed rated Wellington Place above average as a place to work, with one in three rating it as ‘excellent’.
93% of respondents said they would recommend working at Wellington Place to others.
96% said you felt ‘Safe’ or ‘Very Safe’ at Wellington Place, with 93% rating the reception staff as ‘Friendly’ or ‘Very Friendly.
Events
Our top three most popular events were Street Food in the Square, Markets in the Square and Light Night. We will continue to offer a great range of events throughout 2024, and will be involved in exciting city-wide events too!
96% rated the range of events as ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good’, with 89% of respondents believing that the events contribute to a positive work-life balance.
Working Groups
We currently run two working groups where we welcome all occupiers to share best practices and event ideas themed around inclusivity and diversity, and also sustainability. Why not join us and share your ideas? Click here to find out more or sign up to our next meeting.
Amenities
91% rated the range of amenities as ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good’ with the urban gardens, hydration station and little free library the most used amenities. For those unaware our table tennis, fussball and free bike hire are located behind 1 Wellington Place and our outdoor exercise machines are behind building 12. Click here to find out more.

“I didn’t know Wellington Place ran so many events, where can I find out more?”
You can sign up for our Parklife e-newsletter to receive monthly emails listing all upcoming events, giveaways, blogs and news.
You can also pick up a free newspaper from any of the buildings’ main receptions, download our app, check out the events board outside Wellington Central or follow us on social media. We’re on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, YouTube
“I’d like to see more flowers”
Our fabulous gardening team planted 8,000 bulbs last year, as spring is upon us we are beginning to see colour pops all over the neighbourhood.
“More seating is needed in summer”
We now have more seating areas behind buildings 11 & 12 and more deck chairs will be provided in the summer months.
“I sometimes get confused down which particular turn Sainsburys is, or exactly the numbering of some of the buildings”
We’ll be adding some additional directional signage, plus, we’ll be offering tours for new starters to help people get orientated.
