Wealth management firm Brewin Dolphin has become the latest high profile name to secure space at MEPC’s 10 Wellington Place.
The letting to Brewin Dolphin, one of the largest UK-based investment management and financial planning firms with £28bn under management, sees just 7,685 sq ft remaining available on the third floor of the five storey state-of-the-art building.
The 35,000 sq ft 10 Wellington Place, constructed by MEPC and located in Leeds’s West End, already boasts prestigious clients including leading law firm Shulmans and UK private bank Brown Shipley.
Brewin Dolphin is taking 6,324 sq ft after making the decision to relocate from Lisbon Street in the city. It is also merging its York branch with Leeds, creating a team of 45 qualified investment managers and financial planners alongside their support staff at 10 Wellington Place.
Brewin Dolphin will move into 10 Wellington Place this autumn.
