Led by a team with over 100 years of elite sport experience, OLTO pairs high-end training facilities with specialist services rarely found in traditional gyms. Think ice baths, infrared sauna, physio treatment room, and luxury changing rooms, plus an App that will provide nutrition guidance, wellbeing, recipe ideas and much more. In essence the App will provide the OLTO experience in the palm of your hand !
