Join our weekly free fitness sessions
While our Wellington Place community may be apart, we’re continuing to deliver our regular fitness sessions online. So whether you’re in the office, in your living room or in the garden, you can log on and keep fit. Our sessions are run by qualified fitness professionals, you’re guaranteed to get a good workout!
Our weekly sessions are free to join and are open to anyone!
PIYO
Next session: 9 March, 12:45pm – 1:30pm
Combining the muscle-sculpting and core-firming benefits of Pilates, and the strength and flexibility of yoga, the speed is cranked up for a fat-burning workout. Some cardio for the heart and lungs, and a relax at the end for the mind, let any stresses and tensions melt away! No equipment needed other than water, and a mat or towel.
HIIT
Next session: 2 March, 12:45pm – 1:30pm
A full-body, high energy class without the need for any equipment other than water, and a mat or towel. Have fun, burn calories, gain muscle and increase your health and fitness. Progression and regression of all exercises to suit every fitness level.
Chair Yoga
Next session: 4 March, 12:30pm – 1:30pm
Chair yoga is a gentler form of yoga, but with all the benefits: it helps increase body strength and flexibility, as well as promoting mindfulness and mental relaxation. You’ll learn some simple stretches you can use at your desk to ease and aches and pains you may be experiencing.
