Our fitness sessions are run by qualified professionals so you’re guaranteed to get a good workout. Open to all occupiers, sign up and get active on your lunch break!
PiYo
Next session: 31 May, 12:45pm – 1:30pm at Wellington Central
Combining the muscle-sculpting and core-firming benefits of Pilates, and the strength and flexibility of yoga, the speed is cranked up for a fat-burning workout. Some cardio for the heart and lungs, and a relax at the end for the mind, let any stresses and tensions melt away! No equipment needed other than water, and a mat or towel.

Bootcamp with Nat
Next session: 24 May, 12:45pm – 1:30pm in Tower Square
A full-body, high energy class without the need for any equipment other than water, and a mat or towel. Have fun, burn calories, gain muscle and increase your health and fitness. Progression and regression of all exercises to suit every fitness level.

Chair Yoga
Every Thursday 12pm – 12:45pm
Chair Yoga can now be joined in-person at Wellington Central, 6 Wellington Place, from 3 March. Join our friendly instructor Jess as she guides you through simple stretches to increase body strength and flexibility, as well as promoting mindfulness and mental relaxation. Wellington Pacers Running Club
Every Friday 12:15pm – 1:15pm
Join our social running club, open to all running abilities but is exclusive to Wellington Place occupiers. Every run is led by Richard and his team of qualified leaders. He has plenty of experience in group runs and holds a UK Athletics Run Leader qualification. The routes will take you around the city centre, canal ways and more, allowing you to explore different areas of Leeds.
