We’re taking our popular events online
Our Wellington Place community may be apart for now, but our spirit certainly isn’t. As some of you settle into working from home, we want to continue to bring together our community in ways that support wellbeing whilst helping to break up your day-to-day.
That’s why we’re virtually bringing some of the best bits of Wellington Place right to you. From online fitness classes and chair yoga to cyber sing-a-longs and much more. We’ll be updating this page and the Wellington Place Rewards App regularly with information on these activities.
You’ll also find details on some of the great virtual offerings from our customers.
Every Tuesday 12:45 top personal trainer Natalie Ledgard will be running virtual workout classes for free! There’s a high-intensity, calorie-burning Hiit class one week, then a body strengthening PiYo session the next. The classes will alternate weekly.
So, whether you tune in from your living room, bedroom or garden, you’ll get to experience a full-body workout from the comfort of your own home.
Our Workplace Choir has moved online! Every Friday 12:30 – 13:30, join us for a cyber sing-along. It’s a great way to keep in touch with your work neighbours, take a break from your work and sing-along from the comfort of your own home.
We’ll be hosting our popular chair yoga sessions every Thursday 12:30 via Zoom. It’s a great opportunity to learn some simple stretches that you can do at your desk and ease any stress or tension you may be experiencing.

If you’re a Wellington Place occupier and are registered to our Parklife e-newsletter, then you are in with a chance of winning a prize every weekday from 1st – 24th December. We’ve got some fantastic prizes up for grabs, including gift cards, spa experiences and festive hampers.
Virtual Christmas Choir
Join the workplace choir on 18th December 12:30pm for a Christmas special. It’s the perfect opportunity to virtually meet members of the choir, find out what it’s all about and either enjoy the festive performances or join in and singalong from the comfort of your own home.
