Our online events are open to all

With a mix of home and office working, we still want to bring together our community in ways that support wellbeing, whilst helping to break up your day-to-day.

That’s why we’re virtually bringing some of the best bits of Wellington Place right to you. From online fitness classes and chair yoga to cyber sing-a-longs and much more.

Every Tuesday 12:45pm.

Top personal trainer Natalie Ledgard runs free virtual workout classes, from a high-intensity, calorie-burning Hiit class one week, to a body strengthening PiYo session the next. The classes alternate weekly. So, whether you tune in from your living room, bedroom or garden, you’ll get to experience a full-body workout from the comfort of your own home.

Our Workplace Choir has moved online! Join us for a cyber sing-along, it’s a great way to keep in touch with your work neighbours, take a break from your work and sing-along from the comfort of your own home.
