Free virtual chair yoga
Virtual chair yoga is a gentler form of yoga, but just like regular yoga it helps increase body strength and flexibility, as well as promoting mindfulness and mental relaxation.
Follow the guidance of a qualified yoga instructor from Yoga Hero through a live video stream. Your webcam and microphone can be off, so you can enjoy the practice in privacy. The chair supports balance and provides a useful tool to practice the poses at your own desk while working from home.
