PiYo Classes

Join our hybrid PiYo workouts with Nat

Combining the muscle-sculpting and core-firming benefits of Pilates, with the strength and flexibility of yoga, PiYo is an effective cardio workout that’s good for the heart and lungs as well as easing stresses and tensions.

Taking place every alternate Tuesday 12:45pm – 1:30pm, you can join either in person at Wellington Central or online. The classes are free to join and open to all!

Limited places are available for in-person attendance, so be sure to click on the dates you wish to attend and secure your space through Eventbrite. You’ll receive an email reminder the day before. For those joining online just click the live stream link on the day.

Mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Get your gym gear on and pop along for a social workout with our favourite qualified personal trainer Natalie Ledgard-Browne.
