Free chair yoga for Wellington Place occupiers
We’re excited to bring chair yoga back to Wellington Place, taking place every Thursday 12pm – 12:45pm at Wellington Central. The sessions are free to join and open to all.

By registering you’ll receive handy email reminders for the sessions. For those of you still working from home, don’t fret! You’ll still be able to access the live sessions online. Just register above and the Zoom link will be included in the reminder email.
Every class will be led by our friendly yoga instructor, Jess, who will guide you through simple stretches to help increase body strength and flexibility, as well as practising mindfulness and mental relaxation. Chairs will be provided and classes can be done in everyday workwear, so you can leave your gym kit at home!
You’ll come away feeling refreshed and re-energised for the afternoon ahead, as well as taking away the stretches you’ve learned to practice poses at your own desk!
