We’re swapping our virtual HIIT classes to a new bootcamp style format
Join personal Trainer Natalie Ledgard-Browne for the brand new ‘Bootcamp with Nat’ classes. Taking place every alternate Tuesday at 12:45pm in Tower Square, the 45-minute sessions are designed to help you burn calories, gain muscle, increase health and fitness, as well as having fun and socialising with work neighbours.
All sessions are free to join. For Wellington Place occupiers only.
