Wellington Place Upgrades Superfast Business Grade Broadband Service

MEPC Wellington Place in partnership with specialist technology company, Bridge Fibre, is pleased to announce upgrades to the Superfast Broadband Service. The new reliable, robust high speed fibre is available to all Wellington Place occupiers.

The business grade, super-fast internet access will be delivered through MEPC Wellington Place and Bridge Fibre’s own dedicated on-site network and will provide different internet connectivity packages aimed at serving the specific demands of a diverse range of customers.

Dominique Simcox, Marketing Manager at Wellington Place said: “Upgrading the fibre connectivity means that we can offer a better service to our customers and is the latest commitment to making Wellington Place the best place for businesses.

“Our partner, Bridge Fibre, is an Internet Service Provider specialising in providing internet connectivity designed solely for businesses located on business parks/multi-occupied buildings. They have many years’ experience in delivering this type of service to the business park sector and as a result understand the connectivity demands and challenges in delivering to a diverse range of organisations. They also place customer service at the top of their priorities and that was a key point in our decision to work with them.”

David Cansick, Bridge Fibre Sales Manager, said: “This new fibre upgrade means we now have capacity to meet the growing bandwidth demands of occupiers at Wellington Place as well as offering services such as VoIP telephony and hosting. The fibre networks we install are solely for business use and won’t have any consumers competing for bandwidth which can have an adverse impact on reliability and speed of internet access.”

“The added benefit of installing the key infrastructure in advance is that any organisation, in particular those looking for their own dedicated fibre connection, won’t have to go through a lengthy project plan requiring their own infrastructure to be installed. We are already fully enabled onsite, meaning businesses can be up and running in a matter of days and at a fraction of the cost. For those businesses who already have their own internet connection installed they may want to think about resilience and what would happen if their primary connection failed as this can be a costly exercise in both loss of productivity and customer experience.  Bridge Fibre is in the perfect position to offer a resilient connection to occupiers to provide business continuity and peace of mind in the event of an unforeseen outage.”
