Wellington Place has announced two new fitness concepts, created by former England and British Lions Rugby Union player Phil Greening and a team of highly experienced professionals. They will open early this year at the thriving urban quarter.
The launches include OLTO, a new fitness and wellbeing studio, and Arch, a luxury boutique reformer Pilates studio with a range of expert-led classes.
More than just a gym, OLTO brings together world-class coaching, hands-on support and a holistic approach to health and wellbeing that is designed to help every member achieve a more balanced, sustainable lifestyle.
OLTO combines high-end training facilities with specialist services. This includes recovery-focussed areas with ice baths, infrared saunas, a physio treatment room and a full body assessment suite. Members will also benefit from a bespoke app offering personalised fitness programmes, nutrition guidance, recipe ideas, and wellness tips.

Arch complements OLTO’s holistic approach by focusing on strength, flexibility and control through reformer Pilates, creating a premium studio experience designed to support both physical performance and mental wellbeing.

Together, OLTO and Arch will occupy 12,000 sq ft across a ground floor suite and the basement of 11 Wellington Place. Arch is due to open in March, with OLTO launching in April.
On the launch at Wellington Place, co-founder Phil Greening said: “OLTO is far more than just a place to train; it’s a whole body and mind location. We’ve created an environment that empowers individuals to train for life and bring out the everyday athlete that I believe is in all of us, supporting total wellbeing. Arch further builds on this by offering a mindful, strength-led approach to movement that complements our training and recovery philosophy.
“What stood out to us about Wellington Place is its emphasis on community. This is something we feel passionate about, so it felt like a perfect destination for us. We aim to empower people to lead a sustainable, healthier life and we’re excited to be able to share our expertise with both the organisations based at Wellington Place, and the wider Leeds community.”

Sarah Limbert, Marketing Manager at Wellington Place, added: “We’ve always prioritised the health and wellbeing of our community, whether that’s through our own fitness classes, workshops around topics like mindfulness, or generally by creating a welcoming environment to come and work at.
“OLTO and Arch share our values of promoting a healthy work-life balance, as well as creating places where people can thrive, so they are a natural partner for us. We’re looking forward to them joining us to help make a positive impact on the people that work here, as well as others within the city centre.”
OLTO will be launching with a limited Founders Club membership, offering exclusive benefits ahead of their official launch. For more information on OLTO click here and for more information on Arch, click here.
