It’s an exciting time at Wellington Place, as we get ready to welcome not just one, but three new occupiers to the development before the end of the year
Due to open on the 26th November, Mad Frans will offer environmentally friendly dining, the freshest of ingredients and a selection of craft beers from in and around Leeds, celebrating the best of Yorkshire produce in the heart of the city.
Based in 6 Wellington Place, along Whitehall Road, Mad Frans will be open from 7am until close (typically 9/10pm).
With a world-renowned chef at the helm, who has previously held positions under Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsey, Gary Pickles is returning to his Leeds roots with his street food-inspired venture.
From breakfast on the go to a sit-down Sunday lunch, you’ll have first-class food right on your doorstep.
The Whitehall Clinic
Complementing the current wellbeing offering at Wellington Place, we get ready to welcome something brand-new to the development.
The Whitehall Clinic, a private medical practice will bring high-quality and personalised care, and even offer the community in and around Wellington Place a same-day GP service.
Due to open in January, the Whitehall Clinic will be based in 5 Wellington Place, adjacent to Whitehall Road.
The Hoist House
Taking inspiration from Wellington Place’s iconic lifting tower, The Hoist House will bring everything you expect from a traditional pub.
With craft beers, traditional lagers, cask ales and wines the offering is being described as ‘Pub and Snaffle’, with Snaffle being reference to the light menu of pub snacks and street foods. The Hoist House is expected to open early December and will be open between 10am and 10pm.
