Join us on Wednesday 11 May, 12.30 – 1.30pm, for a free webinar on the ‘8 steps to wellbeing’ (Give; Be Active; Take Notice; Learn a New Skill; Connect; Disconnect; Rest; Breathe). Led by wellbeing experts, Mind It, you’ll go through each step one-by-one and learn practical advice on how to implement them in your daily routines.

Attendees will be given the time and space to reflect on the extent to which they’re already doing each step. Plus, identify which elements they would like to work on in the near future. Altogether, you’ll leave the webinar feeling uplifted and equipped with insights to help you prioritise your own wellbeing.
