The results are in for the 2017- 2018 Wellington Place customer survey

We are always keen to hear feedback from our customers on how we are doing at Wellington Place, from the quality of our events to the way we manage our spaces; we like to know what you think so we can continue to improve.

Over the last few months, we asked you to complete a survey to give us more of an insight into how we’re doing and what we can do better. We’re delighted to report that the findings have been extremely positive, with many of you praising everything from the cleanliness of the outdoor space through to the new Courtyard and friendliness of the reception staff.

Here are a few of the survey findings:

  • 98% of respondents rated Wellington Place as ‘Good’, ‘Very good’ or ‘Excellent’
  • Our on-site events such as the food festival, street food pop ups, market stalls and classes have been very well received with 99% of respondents rating these events as ‘Good’, ‘Very Good’ or ‘Excellent’.

Always making improvements
While the overwhelming responses were positive towards Wellington Place and its facilities, we’ve also listened to what you felt could be improved.

The gravel paths around the estate; The temporary paths are being replaced by hard surfaces starting from October 2018.

The need for a convenience store and cash machine; We are very pleased to welcome Sainsbury’s Local to 5 Wellington Place. The convenience store also features a cash machine.

More variety of places to eat and drink; As Wellington Place grows so will the onsite retail amenities. Expect to hear more retail announcements very soon!

Better advertising of the onsite events; We have introduced the Parklife newspaper to spread the word about news, events and offers. The papers can be found in the main receptions of all buildings.

The need for another smoking shelter; An additional smoking shelter has been installed between 5 & 6 Wellington Place.

Commuting and parking; We have introduced a dedicated transport team who are working closely with Leeds City Council to improve connectivity to Wellington Place by all forms of transport. This is designed to ease some of the issues raised around parking and commuting to Wellington Place.

Following your comments we have also changed the timings of the shower cleaning, improved the maintenance of the motorbike shed, increased the emptying of the cigarette bins and increased the frequency of ice cream van visits during summer months.
