The international real estate advisor has agreed a new 10-year lease on 6,339 sq. ft. (589 sq. m) of space on the ground floor of 3 Wellington Place. The building, completed last summer, is BREEAM Excellent Rated and is home to facilities including a rooftop terrace, bike maintenance station and electric vehicle charging points. Savills will join occupiers at Wellington Place including Mazars, Investec, Shulmans and Irwin Mitchell Solicitors.
