Our Wellington Place community may be apart for now, but our spirit certainly isn’t. As some of you settle into working from home, we want to continue to bring together our community in ways that support wellbeing whilst helping to break up your day-to-day.
That’s why we’re virtually bringing some of the best bits of Wellington Place right to you. From online fitness classes and chair yoga to cyber sing-a-longs and much more. We’ll be updating this page and the Wellington Place Rewards App regularly with information on these activities.
You’ll also find details on some of the great virtual offerings from our current occupiers.
Our Workplace Choir has moved online! Every Friday 12:30 – 13:30, join us for a cyber sing-along. It’s a great way to keep in touch with your work neighbours, take a break from your work and sing-along from the comfort of your own home.
Our Wellington Place book club will be meeting up via Zoom on the 2nd June 12:30. It’s a great opportunity to engage in interesting discussions and to keep in contact with work neighbours. There will also be a quiz on the book for a bit of fun!

We’ll be hosting our popular weekly chair yoga sessions with L1 Performance via Zoom. It’s a great opportunity to learn some simple stretches that you can do at your desk and ease any stress or tension you may be experiencing. Our next virtual session will be on 4th June 12:30 – 13:15 and these will run weekly.

Due to the popularity of our last two wellbeing webinars with Mind It, we have scheduled our next one for 24th June 12:30pm via Zoom. Mindset specialist Zoe Thompson will be talking about motivation, helping you to discover what motivates you and how you can increase your levels of motivation to be more productive. Covering topics from preparation vs procrastination to managing expectations and more, you’ll learn how to become more motivated and apply these skills to your everyday life.
L1 Performance has moved its timetable of classes online for L1 members. As a member, you can buy credits to book as many online classes as you like, through the L1 Performance website or L1 app. So you can get active in your living room, work those muscles and get that heart pumping!
