Chair yoga is a gentler form of yoga, but just like regular yoga it helps increase body strength and flexibility, as well as promoting mindfulness and mental relaxation.
Due to the current developments surrounding COVID-19, and the postponement of our usual chair yoga workouts, we’ll be hosting our next sessions online!
Follow the guidance of a qualified yoga instructor through a live video stream. Your webcam and microphone can be off, so you can enjoy the practice in privacy. The chair supports balance and provides a useful tool to practice the poses at your own desk while working from home.
