The Courtyard Workouts are a series of FREE fitness sessions at The Courtyard, running weekly until the 25th of September, from 12.30pm – 1.15pm.
Natalie, a qualified fitness instructor, will be running the weekly lunchtime courses, with Circuit Training one week and Piyo the next. Circuit training is an excellent way to build on your endurance, strength and stamina. PIYO is a total body workout, combining the practices of Pilates and Yoga to help you lose weight and increase flexibility. The courses are open to all abilities, whether you’re a beginner or a keen gym-goer, come along for a fun and active lunch break.
The classes are free and exclusive to Wellington Place occupiers, but you will need to sign up to secure your space on each class. Click on the dates/classes below that you would like to attend to fill out the sign-up form:
