The Courtyard Workouts are a series of fitness sessions at The Courtyard, starting on the 5th of June and running weekly until the 25th of September.
Natalie, a qualified fitness instructor, will be running the weekly lunchtime sessions, with Circuit Training one week and Piyo the next.
It’s free for occupiers to join in and is a fun way to get fit on your lunch break.
Sign-ups for the classes will be released on this page closer to the event, and you must register for each session you’d like to attend as spaces are limited. To register you must be an occupier at Wellington Place.
