Top personal trainer Natalie Ledgard returns from Tuesday 9th June to run weekly live workouts for free. Natalie ran our Courtyard Workouts last year, so some of you will already be familiar with her positive, encouraging and enthusiastic approach to exercise!
So, whether you tune in from your living room, bedroom or garden, you’ll get to experience a full-body workout from the comfort of your own home.
The workouts are open to all abilities and will take place via Zoom. The classes alternate weekly, starting with Hiit on 9th June, then PiYo on 16th June, 12:45 – 13:30. Sign up for the workouts you want to attend and you will be emailed the link to join the bi-weekly Hiit or PiYo sessions (or both).
No equipment needed other than water, and a mat or towel. Combining the muscle-sculpting and core-firming benefits of Pilates, and the strength and flexibility of yoga, the speed is cranked up for a fat-burning, yet low impact workout. Some cardio for the heart and lungs, and a relax at the end for the mind, let any stresses and tensions melt away!

A full-body, high energy 45 min hiit class without the need for any equipment other than water, and a mat or towel. Have fun, burn calories, gain muscle and increase your health and fitness. Progression and regression of all exercises to suit every fitness level.
